RegServer is a small program which provides a means for registering
and unregistering ActiveX DLLs. It provides a wrapper around the DLL
registration program 'RegSvr32.exe' that ships with Visual Basic and
greatly eases the use of this program. It has several advantages over using RegSvr32.exe : • No need to remember the syntax of the RegSvr32 command. • Supports drag and drop from Windows Explorer. • Can be left running to allow easy registering of multiple file names. • Copes with long filenames. • Can see the full pathname for long paths (by resizing the window if necessary). • Small and unobtrusive GUI. • Small footprint (36k). |
